I am a Hungarian hobby coder residing in the US.

I started coding on the C64 in the early 1990s and remained active until about 2000 but I was quite isolated so I never released anything. But even after 15+ years of inactivity, I still dreamed about C64 demos and effects, and one morning in 2015 I woke up with an idea about a possible solution for the DYCP effect that kept me puzzled back in the 90s. Obviously, I needed to test my idea so I downloaded VICE and re-learned machine code. The only way I knew to write a program was using a monitor, so my first demo effects were actually written in SMON, before I learned to use cross development tools.
